“Bridger” is a three year old, 16hh, Percheron/Morgan/Quarter Horse cross gelding. Boy, is this horse sweet, and extremely easy going. He has an old soul. Bridger would come inside and sit on the couch with you if he could. This kind, young, gelding has the best personality, and he is very quiet, especially for his age. He is mature and honest already, and he is only going to get better from here! Bridger has proved himself to be safe, versatile, and a great all around horse. He has the color that everyone wants, and the brain that everyone needs. Absolutely anyone can hop on this boy and have a safe ride. This is one of my favorite youngsters that I have ever owned, and I can’t wait to see him become someone’s forever!!!  Bridger can live in, or out, goes out with a mixed herd with zero drama, and can turn out alone as well. He has no stall vices and never asks for anything. No bad habits, and just an all around gentleman. You cannot go into his pasture without him running up to you, he is the definition of in your pocket, and absolutely loves his people. This is a super friendly and kind horse, with great ground manners and he is safe for anyone to work around. He is honest and can take a joke. Bridger is good for the vet and farrier, requires no maintenance, can wear shoes or go barefoot, and is currently barefoot. Simple diet, and up to date on coggins, worming, shots, farrier and dental. Loads and trailers perfect, and ties to the trailer quietly. No health or soundness issues. He is not the type of horse that needs to be in a routine, and he is the same horse every ride. This is a very nice young gelding who was started correctly, and has everything to offer. If you are looking for laid back and totally drama free, here is your boy.  Bridger is an amazing trail partner. He will lead, follow, go out alone and in groups. He will tote around kids and beginners, and is not spooky. He would make a good husband or guest horse. He crosses water, scary bridges, logs, etc, and is safe with traffic, atvs, machinery, wildlife, dogs, you name it. I lead him in daily from my four wheeler and he will jog right along next to me. Bridger trail rides super quiet, on the buckle, and goes where you ask. You can trot and canter out on the trails and go right back down to a slow walk. He is brave and willing, making trail rides fun and drama free. He does not mind my dogs trailing next to, or behind him. He is the same horse off of property and has been super reliable. We took Bridger to a local fun cow sorting, which he has done previously as well, and he is a solid boy with the crowds, music, etc. He will happily push cattle around and do what is asked of him! I believe he has been roped off of as well. This is a very smart horse that is happy to do any task that is given to him.  Bridger rides western, english, and bareback. He is a push style ride and soft in your hands. He rides in a snaffle, and will even do his job with just a neck rope. This is a very intelligent horse, who enjoys learning and does not get upset with his rider. He can take a joke, and is very honest. He has comfortable, uphill gaits. I cannot take the credit on bringing this boy along, he was started correctly by the family that raised him. They did a wonderful job creating and developing this young man, setting him up for success. Bridger is already proving to be extremely versatile, which is amazing for his age. He has an old soul, which has to do a lot with his breeding. His mother is a Percheron/Morgan, and his sire is a registered AQHA stallion named “Skippinonabluestar”, who is a blue roan.  In the ring, Bridger will walk, jog, trot, canter, knows his leads, and is started on a lead change. He will pivot, back up, has a good “whoa”, side passes, moves off of leg, and has popped over two jumps. He will ride on the buckle or collected, and listens to voice commands. He has a great foundation in the arena, and while he is a push style ride, you don’t need a crop or spurs to ask him to work. He is a cute mover, and likes to please. I recently popped him over two small fences just to see what he would do, and he jumped right over them. He is still young, and growing, so I won’t be jumping him anymore yet, I just wanted to see what he’d think. He was honest and straightforward. This boy has the looks and potential to head into many different directions. He has the brain to pack around your husband or kids, yet the abilities to go on into the show world in both english and western disciplines.  Bridger has been a dream to have around. Reliable, so so so sweet, fun, and easy on the eyes. I am so thankful for my time with him, and he is ready to go and be someone’s best friend. To be an all arounder at this age already, is hard to find. He has a lifetime to go, with endless possibilities.
