“Jodi” is an 11yr old, 14.1hh (Big Bodied) AQHA gelding who is as cute as a button. Here is a quiet boy, who does a little bit of everything! Jodi is sweet, honest, and a great all around boy!   In the barn, Jodi has no bad habits. He can live in or out, alone, pastures with others with no drama, lives with my mini cow for a while, and just is an easy going dude. He stands on the cross ties to be groomed, bathed, tacked, etc. He is safe for kids and beginners to work around, and has great ground manners. He is good for the vet and farrier. Loads and trailers like a gentleman. And ties to the trailer patiently. Jodi is barefoot, with no maintenance, no supplements, and no health or soundness issues.   On the trails he will lead, follow, go out alone and in groups. He is independent and brave. Jodi crosses water, logs, rocks, and other trail obstacles. He is safe with dogs running along side him, traffic, wildlife, bikes, etc. He is not a spooky horse and he is very willing.   Jodi rides western, english and bareback. He is a beautiful mover and rides right in between whoa and go. He is a relaxed boy and has his own motor. He is happy to take it easy, but you don’t need a crop or spurs to ask him to move out. He will walk, trot, canter, knows his leads, has a great whoa button, backs up, does a little pivot, moves off of your leg, and is started on neck reining. He has a happy medium of responsiveness, and loves to please his rider. Jodi has been recently started over fences and shows great potential and interest in jumping! I think that he would make the cutest little hunter/jumper or dressage horse. Jodi has previously done sorting and penning with cows as well. I took him to a cow sorting show and he acted like he was right at home the entire time. Totally un phased by the crowds and people. He is the same horse off of property, and the same horse very ride.   This is a great opportunity to own a zero maintenance, been there done that type of horse at a reasonable price. He can go on and do anything from camping, trails, shows, a lesson program and more. Jodi is a chill boy, and very deserving of his perfect home.
